Reporting Tools

We use Crystal Report Writer to generate many of our standard reports and to produce custom reports for our customers. Our future plans call for exclusive use of this reporting tool for all reporting requirements.

We use standard TCP/IP protocol in all our networking applications.

WBI

The Parent/Guardian Interface allows for online credit card prepayments, review of student accounts and online Free and Reduced Applications.

Fingerprint ID

A new, fast and effective method of identifying a student in the lunch line: no cards to lose; no numbers to remember, no need to check a picture. The fingerprint is not recorded, it is merely an algorithm stored in memory and matched to the one generated by the student as they go through the line.

Application Scanning

Manually entered applications are typically open to a high degree of error. The process is also very tedious. Scanning applications is a speedy and highly accurate method of processing Free and Reduced Applications.

Online Vendor Bidding

This future application will allow vendors to totally automate and interface the bid process with our Vendor Bidding Application via the Internet.

Touchscreen

We provide state of the art, highly reliable and reasonably priced touch screen Point of Sale devices for our customers.

Fingerprint

We also sell small, very accurate fingerprint readers that work in conjunction with fingerprint ID software.

PC, Point of Sale, iSeries

Our software will function up to specs on a variety of hardware platforms including PCs, various Point of Sale devices and IBM iSeries midrange systems.

Wireless

You have a choice of running remote client machines via either a wired or wireless environment. Both work well and the wireless approach allows for access to areas where costly wiring is not available or feasible.
